To list serve members,

Thank you to the people who have contacted me in regards to my questions about chemical weapons.  I have received lots of information that will help me prepare a proposal for the DoD southeast P2 partnership.  Ed Engbert of the Army Southern Regional Environmental Office wanted me to provide any web sites that I found useful.  These sites are: www.sbccom.army.mil and www.apgea.army.mil.  Both are down temporarily but in the past I've found them to contain lots of useful, public information.

Many members of this list serve have expressed concern about me asking these questions after the terrorist attacks on Sept 11.  I apologize for creating any concern and I should have inquired in a more discrete manner.
