[Dodp3] Changes to 40 CFR 112, Oil Spill Prevention, Control, And Counter measures (SPCC) Regulation

Greetings,

Recently received a document titled:  SUMMARY OF REVISIONS TO OIL SPILL
PREVENTION, CONTROL, AND COUNTERMEASURES (SPCC) REGULATION (40 CFR 112) that
gave an overview of the new standard and included things like new
definitions and important aspects of the new rule and also stated that  that
stated that on 16 August 2002 new Oil Pollution Prevention regulations
promulgated under the authority of the Clean Water Act become effective.

Unfortunately, I am having trouble locating a copy of 40 CFR 112 with the
new wording.  Has anyone else seen the new revision to this rule??  Could
you send a copy to me?
