Hi All,
Attached you will find the Meeting Minutes from the WAB Meeting that was held on Sept 17th.  We had a very productive meeting and 
are looking forward to our next meeting, which will most likely be sometime in Jan 03.  We are very excited about not only the level of participation (33 folks!), but also the diversity of organizations represented.
