[ncgreenhotels] Vermiculture at hotel

Good day Green Hotel Colleagues,

Here is a unique environmental project at the Mount Nelson Hotel in
South Africa. They are using worms to manage 20% of their organic waste.
As an added note, we are doing the same thing at NC Division of
Pollution Prevention and Environmental Assistance and it works
beautifully.
