[P2assist] Most Significant Environmental Issue

I think that the most significant environmental issue is the trend of
increasing trash tonnage and decreasing recycling tonnage. This could be
attributed to the reduction in urgency of the situation that was around
with the "trash barge". Landfill fees have not increased as much as
originally sited, and I think that people are feeling why go through the
trouble.
