A number of factors have come into play, reducing recycling rates and
soaring disposal rates. Economics, loss of interest, reduced sense of
urgency and other factors have contributed to this. Hopefully, we as
stakeholders can support and encourage one another to hang in there to keep
environmental programs alive and healthy. That's what P2assist is all about.
