Republic Metals Corporation in Miami, Florida recycles some computer
components. Their website is at
http://www.republicmetalscorp.com/indexe.html. I did an ISO 14001
registration audit at this facility several years ago, and at the
time, they were recycling computer circuit boards and extracting some
of the metals. They may also have some leads for you on where you can
recycle the other components.

Subject: [P2assist] Computer Equipment Recycling

| I would appreciate any information that you might have on computer
equipment
| recycling costs. I have several types of SCRAPPED computer
equipment that
| is to be recycled. This equipment is beyond use for any give-away
programs.
| We are currently paying $25/ monitor $5/keyboard and $.95/lbs on
| miscellaneous. I'm really just wanting to know if there are any
other more
| competitive alternatives. Thanks for the help.
