There is a fitting available that will change the old type fittings to the
new OPD fittings. I think it will allow you to use both type of hose
connections and still maintain the safety of the new valve. This is nice for
those of us who have old grills. Price should be between $10 - $12 at stores
like Agri-Supply in Garner.
