[P2assist] electronics recycling

Please consider yourself lucky that you have been able to get your
electronic materials recycled free of charge. That is unheard of in the
Triangle area. To give yourself more bargaining power with the recycler,
look to combine your County surplus computer & electronic equipment with the
equipment you get from your citizens. This will drop the price per pound
that the recycler charges because he will get more poundage.
