Does the NC State or US Federal Gov'ts mandate the recycling of =
used motor oil? In NJ, garages and marinas that service engines (change =
oil) must accept for recycling, used motor oil. (they are, however, =
permitted to charge for this service)=20
Is there anything like that in NC? If so what are the =
regulations? If not, what is the DEHNR policy?
