What about asking your local health dept. They have to send samples (too
gruesome to detail) to the state labs.

The message below is from one of our clients in NC. If you are interested in
getting these gel coolant packs or know someone else who may be interested,
please send an e-mail to: gkaiser@ci.durham.nc.us
".... we get perishable products shipped to us with gel coolant packs, the
kind you can put in your freezer and reuse. We get 5 or 6 of these a week. I
hate to throw them away. The Scrap Exchange was taking them, but doesn't
want them anymore."
