Dear P2Assist Colleagues,

A couple of our members have commented that once in a while,
listserv messages arrive in a scrambled manner, rendering the intended
message unreadable. We are working on it from this end, however, the primary
problem lies in the way the messages are sent. When messages are sent in
Rich Text format, they may be transmitted along with the formatting marks.
Not everyone's computer is set up to read Rich Text. The messages may look
similar to this:

<x-tab> </x-tab><x-tab>

In order to avoid having your message presented in this manner,
please send the P2Assist messages in "Plain Text". You can do this by
clicking on your "format" command in your toolbar and selecting the Plain
Text formatting. That will solve the problem for now.
Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Kindest regards,
Tom
