Aye, it truly is a legitimate question. It came from our colleague, Pamela
Swingle at EPA via the JTR Listserv. I recommended, through that listserv
that they might be used as a floatation barrier in a non-VOC dip tank to
reduce evaporation and drag-out. Suggestions are always appreciated.
