The Office of Waste Reduction and Recycling (OWRR) at NC State University
in Raleigh, NC is currently hiring a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator
II. The OWRR consists of 12 dedicated staff members as well as student
volunteers and work-study employees. NCSU is the largest state
university in North Carolina and serves over 30,000 students annually.

Job responsibilities include:
-Assisting with the planning and implementation of routine and special
projects related to recycling, solid waste and composting
-Assisting with the development of a waste reduction plan for the campus
community.
-Providing cost estimating and budget management for recycling, solid
waste and composting operations.
-Providing customer service to the campus community
-Producing monthly and annual reports for bench marking and program
development.
-Working with students, staff and faculty to ensure OWRR's programs and
services are meeting the needs of the campus community.
Experience and qualifications: Graduation from High School/GED and five
years progressive experience in recycling/solid waste or an equivalent
combination of education and experience. Valid NC Driver's license
required.
Salary Grade 64 $24,980-$38,052
