[P2assist] Blasting medium recycling

Tom and company,

Unless situations have changed in the time since November 2001, Don
Freeman of McDowell Recycling was accepting shot blast fines and spent
shot in 17H drums to go to his clients to "cook down" with other ferrous
media such as CNC turnings, chips, tag ends, and scrap.  Quantity and
percentage of overall recycled media may have had some impact upon the
acceptance.
