Tom,
A tank such as this is generally fabricated by a local sheet metal
fabricator such as can be found in the phone book. What she needs to do is
find the specifications that probably have to be met for the tank. The
building code inspectors, fire department, the people that collect the used
oil, are all sources for this type of information. The automotive parts
store called AutoZone in Wilson, where I live, has an inside tank of about
that size for collecting used oil. Those stores are located in many areas.
The tank probably has a steel information plate welded to it that she could
refer to as another start in her search. These stores are located in most
cities. The store manager may be of further help.

Here is a request from our colleague and friend, Anne Blindt at ARSWMA.

I want to purchase double-walled waste oil collection tanks (250 - 500
gallons) for county convenience sites. Does anyone have suggestions on where
to purchase tanks and how much they cost?
Thanks,

Anne Blindt
