Hello:

I am in the process of developing a survey about recycling for business and
industry in this community.  We are trying to determine what level of
recycling exists and what services are needed.  Has anyone created a survey
for business and industry that has generated good results and if so, would
you please send it me.  Also, if anyone has completed a similar project-what
kind of response rate did you get from the survey. 

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
