Hi All,

I believe that Tank Recyclers is in some way associated with Blue Rhino, and I also think that they are located in Middleton Massachusetts (not Minnesota).

Orange County has had Tank Recyclers collect cylinders from our landfill one time, and we had no problem with them during that experience. NC DPPEA references Tank Recyclers as a market in their Consumer Guide for Management of Propane Cylinders (see page 2, section titled "What can I do with my old cylinder?").

Greetings, P2 colleagues,

We have had an inquiry from one of our illustrious colleagues and we
are hoping you may be able to assist with a bit of information. Our friend
asks if any of you have had experience dealing with a company called, Tank
Recyclers of Middleton Minnesota. They are a recycler of propane tanks and
are offering to haul away 100 or more 20-pound tanks for free. According to
their web page, the company charges a fee for quantities of less than 100.
Here is their web URL: http://www.tankrecyclers.com/
If you have had experience, either good or bad, we'd like to know.
Are they reliable? Do you know of anyone else who has dealt with the
company?
Please hit "reply to all" if you should care to comment.

Kindest regards,
Tom
