[P2assist] Oil containers

In mid 2000 we received bids to furnish and install a double wall fuel storage
tank 500 gallons min, UL rated, free standing, at our District 7 Headquarters
in Elizabeth City.  The tank is for waste oil storage to supply a waste oil
furnace for a vehicle maintenance shop.  The spec was based on a Turner saddle
tank.

The bids were:
$1684.34  Lowry Oil Co. Inc., Elizabeth City
$1900.00  Eastern Fuels, Edenton
$2527.50  Crossroads Fuel Service, Hertford

Lowry Oil completed the contract.  I believe the actual tank was a 532 gal

The actual cost of the tank before required fittings and tax was $1419.20

Please bear in mind that District 7 has been busy with fires in that area and
