Aiming for Zero Waste</b>: A Waste Reduction Seminar for Business
& Industry<br>

</font></i>Many companies have committed to reducing waste. Taking
these efforts to a higher level can have great benefits for both the
environment and bottom line. This workshop will provide large
business and industry with waste reduction guidance and resources through
the presentation of successful case examples and a facilitated expert
forum discussion. Case studies of outstanding and innovative waste
reduction programs will be presented by Duke Energy, Caterpillar,
Drexel-Maier, NCSU Minerals Research Lab, and Materials
Reclamation. A forum of experts will address participants=92 specific
questions. These experts will include key personnel from the SC
Center for Waste Minimization, NCSU, and Waste Reduction Partners, NC
Division of Pollution Prevention, as well as case study presenters.
