The email describes film but the trade name and specs describe paper.
These media are used a lot in proofing and prepress imaging.
Either one would be treated as any other photographic waste.
The extent of silver would depend on whether the material is used or not and if
used, the balance of positive and negative.
A commercial user ought to have a waste program in place.  A private user may be
able to access a supplier's program, or that of a commercial photo or printing
shop if they do business with them.
The user ought to have a silver trap in the plumbing waste system.
The silver is more of a liability than an asset.
Maybe reprographic materials will be the next take-back target.  There is a
Silver Council focussed on environmental issues related to silver in
photographic processes at www.silvercouncil.org
