[P2assist] Debut of new Waste Materials Exchange

	Dear P2Assist Colleagues,
	Spring is in the air and new and wonderful things are popping up.
One of the best happenings in the P2 world is the debut of North Carolina's
newest waste exchange, NC WasteTrader (http://www.NCWasteTrader.org). NC
WasteTrader is North Carolina's marketplace for discarded or surplus
materials and products. This waste exchange service is designed to divert
recoverable materials from disposal while providing feedstocks and supplies
to potential users. 
	NC WasteTrader is a free service of the N.C. Division of Pollution
Prevention and Environmental Assistance (DPPEA) with grant funding from the
North Carolina Energy Office. Log on to http://www.NCWasteTrader.org to
check it out.
