Subject: [P2assist] Regional Recycling Efforts


I am working on a session for the upcoming 2003 CRA conference in
Greenville, SC on Regional Recycling Efforts.  It was suggested by a CRA
member.  I am looking for examples of regional efforts.  I would like to
focus on when and how they are appropriate and how they can be effective.
Any suggestions you can provide for speakers (with contact info) or other
avenues to build this session would be greatly appreciated.
