[P2assist] cardboard collection from dumpsters

I am working on developing a rate structure for cardboard collection from 8
yard dumpsters.  In looking at my preliminary list of interested businesses,
there are those that want collection one time per week and those that want
it every other week, once per month, etc.  Is there any one out there doing
cardboard collection that has variable rates?  If so, how is it structured?
Have you had good results?  any information would be appreciated.  Thanks.
