Two videos produced at NCSU, on construction debris recycling and
deconstruction, have just been reduced from $25 to $15. Actually, all of

the videos produced at NCSU are now $15 (check out the other titles at
http://www.cals.ncsu.edu/agcomm/), but many of you in the field of solid

waste/resource management have been/will be interested in the following
videos:

Don't Trash It! Reducing Residential Construction Debris, NCSU, Rhonda
Sherman, Bio. & Ag. Engineering, 1995, 24 minutes, (both English and
Spanish versions on one tape). Construction of a 2000 sq. ft. home can
create 4 tons of debris, much of which can be recycled. This video gives

workers tips for preventing this debris, as well as for reusing and
recycling scrap materials.

Old Buildings Don't Have To Go To Waste, NCSU, Rhonda Sherman, Bio. &
Ag. Engineering, 1996, 23 minutes. For 25 years, Pete Hendricks has been

recycling old buildings. This video shows how to carefully dismantle old

structures and use the materials to build new houses.
