Jeff will highlight the new web-based state surplus management and bidding
system at the NC Project Green Advisory Team Meeting on Thursday, Feb 21 at
10am. Correction Enterprise Conference Room at 2020 Yonkers Road of Capitol
Blvd N.  (That's the third entrance on the side of the building. Sign in and
