my understanding is this WILL become available to north carolina, but
don't know when. you can contact Starlett Brown (919-733-1897) or Rita
Joyner at the State Energy Office.  They should have more information.

Bob, may I asked a couple of real basic questions please?  
Could you tell us just what is 'green power' ?  
And,  are State Agencies and Universities able to purchase it in North
Carolina now or in the near future?
