This Monday at 11:00 a.m. with a Massachusetts State House press conference,
the Governor of Massachusetts, Attorney General, and Environmental Secretary
signed Executive Order #438, establishing the Massachusetts State
Sustainability Program.

strong emphasis on Environmental Management Systems for Government Agencies.
