[SustainableNC] Energy Efficiency Upgrades financed by tax credit pass throughs

In Oregon, energy efficiency upgrades in schools are being financed by the
State Energy Office via pass throughs of the Business Energy Tax Credit.
Nike's pass through will amount to $1 million in school upgrades. What's the
potential in North Carolina, where energy tax credits are also high, at
least for residential customers and I assume others?
