ONE WATERLESS URINAL IS IN HORNEY BLDG AT UNC-CH ON SECOND FLOOR NEAR FRONT ENTRANCE.  I NOTICED
THAT MOUNTING HEIGHT SHOULD BE A LITTLE LOWER TO COMPLY WITH PLUMBING CODE.
