[SustainableNC] Energy/Water Management Training Opportunities

The USI project liaisons have been informed of the following opportunities.
If you have other folks interested, some excellent courses are ahead in Nov
and December.  Much of the information available in these courses will be
valuable for energy and water efficiency in state agencies...a multi-project
challenge we face in the next year plus.
